2020-05-04 · Current Fransted guidelines for May. - Open May 15th for self-contained trailers for NH residence only. - Open May 15th only for guests with reservations (no walk-ins). - Closed for all tenting. - Closed for visitors (visitors of guests and tour requests). - All campground public recreation and gathering areas are closed until further notice.

There is a marked trail to get to the river access. It is also just north of the White Mountains so there is access to hiking, biking, sightseeing in the area. We camped at Littleton / Franconia Notch KOA Holiday in a Travel Trailer. Everything that is sold in the US goes through this facility, and repairs/reproofing are done here too. This is the real deal factory/warehouse outlet!
Their pride in the campground shows in there care for detail in everything they do. Fransted Family Campground has been our vacation destination for years.
